SOS is a remote assistance application that allows an RMStudio techinician to remotely control your screen and guide you through getting your problem fixed.

Obviously we'll need permission from you to access your screen so to utilise SOS simply call one of our support technicians on 02071939429 and they'll talk you through setting up a remote session.

Remote assistance is charged at £60 per hour with a minimum of half an hour charged.
